Payment
We kindly ask our guests to make a deposit in advance.
The remaining amount + final cleaning fee, local taxes, sauna usage fee, will be collected on-site in cash or via bank transfer.
Shopping
In Uttendorf, there are supermarkets and other shopping options. Right after the church, you'll find: Haberl Bakery, Café Gröfler, Mini M-Preis, Tobacco shop, Spar supermarket is located right next to the roundabout as well as a sports shop.
In the center of Hollersbach, you will find: a bakery with a café, a bank, the post office, and a small supermarket ADEG.
In the town of Mittersill, there are numerous supermarkets and other shopping options. Right next to the roundabout, you'll find: Hofer (Aldi), Billa, 3 gas stations, M-Preis, dm drugstore, dm hairdresser and beauty salon, Takko,... Heading towards the town square of Mittersill, you'll find more shopping opportunities, just after the Salzach bridge: Ensmann Bakery, optician, Libro (bookstore), Intersport Breitfuss, tobacco shop, fashion and shoe stores, florist, stationery store, Bipa (drugstore), Billa, Tildach Bakery,...
Lost and Found
Please contact us if you have left something behind in the holiday home. We are happy to send you the lost items to a desired address. Cost is approximately €15.00 depending on weight and desired destination.
Liability for Damages
We reserve the right to charge you directly for any damages caused by you, subject to a thorough examination.

In the holiday homes, you have the opportunity to access our Wi-Fi.
This is a service provided by us and is available to you free of charge.
Parking
You can park for free directly at the holiday home! We kindly ask you to park in a space-saving manner! If possible, please park directly in front of your booked holiday home/apartment.
Repairs
If you notice anything that needs to be repaired, please call me. We will try to fix the damage as soon as possible.
Sauna
in the holiday homes in Hollersbach and Mittersill Our sauna located in the basement is available for you at any time. Please note that the sauna is for all guests in all holiday homes. We kindly ask you to sign up on the sauna list (located in the sauna, inside the foil). We charge €5.00 per person per day.
Gas stations and electric charging stations
are located in Mittersill and Uttendorf next to the roundabout.
Transportation
The ski bus, train, and regular bus are free of charge when wearing ski clothing.
Check-In and Check-Out
Our holiday homes are available for check-in from 3:00 PM on the arrival day. We kindly ask you to strip the beds and vacate the apartment/holiday home by 10:00 AM on the departure day, as it will be cleaned for the next guests. (Please inform us via SMS/WhatsApp at +43 664 4619845 one day in advance if you plan to check out earlier than 10:00 AM).

We kindly ask you to separate your waste responsibly. Waste separation is not only important for us but also for the environment! Please separate glass, paper, plastic, aluminum/metal (e.g., cans, bottle caps, aluminum foil,...), residual waste (e.g., diapers, cooled cigarette ash and stubs,...), organic waste (e.g., coffee grounds, eggshells, tea bags,...), and food scraps! - Thank you very much, you are not only supporting us but also our environment!

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the entire holiday apartments/houses for your well-being. You are welcome to use the balconies/terraces for smoking.

You will receive a front door key that also locks the connecting door to the sauna. The room keys lock each bedroom individually.

Quiet Hours
To allow for relaxation and rest during your vacation, we kindly ask you to observe the following quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Hiking with a view of the Hohe Tauern National Park
Our holiday homes are all situated in quiet, sunny locations surrounded by the enchanting mountain scenery in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park. A superb starting point for many hikes and mountain tours.
In our region, during the warm seasons, you'll be spoilt for choice with over 60 different hiking routes and themed trails. So, there's plenty of activities for the summer. Guided Hiking Tours:
For those who want to impress with newly gained Pinzgauer knowledge in the evening at their accommodation, our local mountain guides are the right choice. Therefore, our region offers six guided hikes per week in July and August. In the offseason, that is May and June as well as September and October, there are still three guided hikes available. You will receive the current hiking program during your stay.

Your Family Islitzer
From our holiday homes, you can reach the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen ski area in a short time.
With the legendary Panoramabahn of the Kitzbüheler Alpen, you can directly access the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen ski area from the Hollersbach valley station and from the middle station in Mittersill. Once you reach the summit, you'll find a top-class ski area awaiting you. With around 170 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes, a snow park, off-piste routes, and rustic huts inviting you to linger, it's an exceptional experience.
An absolute highlight is the ability to ski directly from Hollersbach/Mittersill to Kitzbühel and even ride the legendary Kitzbüheler Streif without having to remove your skis. A special experience is the ride on the tricable gondola - you'll be floating at 400 meters high.
Many other ski areas are nearby, such as the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, Wildkogelarena, Weißsee Glacier World, offering skiing in winter and hiking in summer.
For those who prefer to explore off the ski slopes, there are of course other highlights:
